Kôzô Kamashima was a young yakuza full of potential. Yes, but here's the thing... This young leading man had the really bad idea of sleeping with the daughter AND the wife of his big boss. And as everyone knows, among the mafiosi... The Japanese godfather, mad with rage, decides to take revenge, and his punishment is terrible: he forcibly operates on poor Kôzô, to remove... his family jewels?! Having become transsexual in spite of himself, Kôzô is then sent to the worst island in the entire world: the island of absolute despair, where lawless yakuza live in seclusion. The latter, deprived of female presence for years, see in the arrival of "the" poor Kôzô a sign of destiny: finally, they will be able to satisfy their sexual urges.
