 How to place an order?
 Add your items to your cart and follow the checkout steps. A confirmation will be sent to you by email.
 Can I change or cancel my order? 
Yes, within 2 hours of purchase. Contact us quickly via our contact form or email.
 How do I track my order?
 An email with a tracking link will be sent to you upon shipment.

 What are the delivery times?
 - France: 2 to 5 working days
 - Europe: 5 to 8 working days
 - International: 7 to 14 working days
 What are the delivery costs?
 Free delivery on orders over €50. Otherwise, it's automatically calculated at checkout.
 Do you ship internationally?
 Yes, delivery is available to most countries.

What payment methods do you accept?
 Cards (Visa, Mastercard, AMEX), PayPal, Shop Pay, PayPal (payment in 3 installments if activated).

 Yes, all our figurines, perfumes and cosmetics are 100% official and licensed.
 How do I know if an item is in stock?
 This is indicated on each product sheet. You can sign up for alerts for out-of-stock products.
 Do you offer limited editions? 
Yes, regularly in our "Collector" category.

 Can I return an item?
 Yes, within 14 days of receipt, if the item is new and in its original packaging.
 How to request a return?
 Contact us with your order number to receive return instructions.
 When will I receive my refund?
 Within 5 to 10 working days after receipt of the returned item.
