"GSR" Collection. A secure call at 04:10 in the morning wakes Lieutenant-Colonel Saint-Régent from his sleep. The Prime Minister's Chief of Staff summons him to his agency immediately in the presence of the Chief of Staff of the Navy, Admiral Jean C., that of the Prime Minister and that of the Minister of the Armed Forces. Upon his arrival, the Executive Director of the BSI receives in his hands a letter classified "Secret Defense" in which the situation is explained: the container ship "ANDROMEDE" of an international French company is attacked by Somali pirates off the capital, MOGADISHU. Questioning the government people present, a confession is finally delivered to the Lieutenant-Colonel: on board two containers whose contents are not officially declared are the real target of the pirates.
