Author Biography
Riichiro Inagaki was awarded the King Award in the Best Story-Board category of the 7th Story King in 2001 for his one-shot Eyeshield 21. This was published as a manga by Yusuke Murata, before appearing regularly for the first time in issue 34 of 2002 of the weekly "Shonen Jump", until 2009. Acclaimed, a television series was born from it.
Yusuke Murata participated in the 122nd edition of the “Hop Step” award in 1995. He drew the popular series Eyeshield 21 in the pages of the weekly magazine "Shonen Jump", from issue 34 in 2002 to 2009, from which a television series was based. His other works include Hettapi Manga Kenkyuken R and Donten Prism Solar Car (script by Yasuo Otagaki).
