The regulated liberal professions have been undergoing profound changes for about fifteen years. In order to sustain their activities, notaries, lawyers, architects and accountants must consolidate the internal organization of their firm by acquiring new skills, capitalizing on know-how and consolidating their professionalism. For these professions, the need to respond sustainably to the needs of clients, while respecting evolving regulations, forces them to intensify their action on the quality of their services, their organization and their scope of intervention. In addition, the place of these professions in France and in the world is considerable but weakened by the liberalization of service activities, the erosion of monopolies, the intensity of professional and interprofessional competition as well as by abundant standardization. Innovative managerial strategies are therefore necessary. This 22nd annual Iseor conference brings together political and institutional figures, representatives of professional structures, and historical partners of regulated liberal professions, around issues relating to the management, strategy and governance of these professions. These are AC2V Juri-Conseil, ADM Conseil, Audinfor, Cabinet Axens, Cabinet Cogeparc, Cabinet Simon Associés, National Center for Notarial Professional Education (CNEPN), Chamber of Notaries of the Rhône, National Chamber of Liberal Professions, National Company of Auditors, Conference of Bar Associations, National Council of the Order of Architects, Regional Councils of the Order of Architects and the Order of Chartered Accountants of Rhône-Alpes, Regional Council of Notaries of the Court of Appeal of Lyon, Higher Council of the Order of Chartered Accountants. Higher Council of Notaries, Deloitte inExtenso Group, IAE of Paris, French Institute of Chartered Accountants (IFEC), KPMG Lyon, Ministry of Culture and Communication, Ministry of Economy, Industry and Employment, Ministry of National Education, Order of Lawyers at the Lyon Bar, Order of Chartered Surveyors and National Union of French Architects' Unions. In addition, the book highlights, through numerous international testimonies from managers, executives of industrial, tertiary companies and public service organizations, the efficiency and profitability of socio-economic management successfully tested for over 35 years by ISEOR. This is the case of: Association Les Amis de l'Atelier, Cabinet Sommets, Centre Hospitalier Le Vinatier, Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Morbihan, Institute of Notarial Professions of Lyon, Paul Bocuse Institute of the Accor Group, Mutualité Chrétienne Hainaut Picardie (Belgium), Talaszka Conseil, Technord (Belgium) and Autonomous University of Mexico-Xochimilco (Mexico). This concept born in Europe is widely published in the United States, where its originality has been recognized by the Academy of Management.
